Placing your order  Please allow up to two business days for your cookie order to be shipped. Cookies are shipped on the same day they are baked to ensure freshness. No orders will be processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays. We cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to submitting your order.

Processing your order  After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed successfully. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Shipping your order  All packages are shipped via USPS to the contiguous United States. Please allow 2-3 days to receive your order. We strive to ensure your order is delivered on time but cannot guarantee delivery dates due to situations out of our control like weather which could delay your shipment.

Allergy Information Our cookies contain eggs, milk, soy, and wheat. They are also baked in a kitchen that produces items containing tree nuts and peanuts. If you have a nut allergy, we recommend that you do not consume our cookies.
